Karen Iannucci, R.N.P.

Karen Iannucci joined Partners in Ob/Gyn in 1999.  She received a B.S. degree from Boston University and also holds a B.S. degree in nursing and a master’s degree as a nurse practitioner from the University of Rhode Island.

Ms. Iannucci is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the National Honor Society of Nursing. Sigma Theta Tau Chapter.

She and her husband David, have two children and reside in Rhode Island.

Lisa R. Domagalski, M.D., FACOG

Dr. Domagalski joined Partners in OB/GYN in 1995. She received a B.S. degree from Hamilton College, summa cum laude, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Women & Infants Hospital. She is a clinical assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Brown University School of Medicine. She is also one of the Associate Program Directors for the Brown OB/GYN residency program. Dr. Domagalski holds hospital privileges at Women & Infants Hospital. She and her husband James have two children.

Tolga N Kokturk, M.D., FACOG

Dr. Kokturk joined Partners in Ob/Gyn in August, 2000. He received a BS degree in biology from the University of Rochester, followed by a medical degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn. He completed his residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York. He is an assistant clinical professor of Ob/Gyn at Brown University School of Medicine. He has been given numerous teaching awards over the years including the APCO Excellence in Teaching Award and the Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Award.  He was one of the founders of SNE Healthcare for Women and has been its President since its inception. He has a strong interest in minimally invasive surgery which includes robotic surgery.

Dr. Kokturk holds hospital privileges at Women & Infants Hospital.  He and his wife Didem, reside in Rhode Island with their wonderful son and daughter.

Stacey P. Lievense, M.D., FACOG

Dr. Lievense joined Partners in OB/GYN in 2007. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester, graduating magna cum laude. She then received her medical degree from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Medicine and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Lievense completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island. She and her husband, Darrell Lievense, live in Barrington, Rhode Island with their four children.

Megan D. McMahon, M.D., FACOG

Dr. McMahon joined Partners in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2011. She earned an undergraduate degree from Boston College, followed by a medical degree from the University of Massachusetts. She completed her residency at Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She served as Chief Resident during her residency and has received the Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Award. She is the proud recipient of the Professionalism and Humanism in Women’s Health Award, selected by other doctors as the person they would most want as the doctor for themselves or a loved one. She holds hospital privileges at Women & Infants Hospital, where she is appointed as clinical assistant professor in the Department Obstetrics and Gynecology of Brown University. She lives in Swansea, Massachusetts, where she was born and raised, with her husband, John and their family.
