Despite recent cases of the Coronavirus, we want to assure you of our commitment to keep you safe when you visit our office.  If you are experiencing a fever, sneezing, cough and shortness of breathe and have traveled outside the US or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for the coronavirus you should stay home and call your primary care physician for treatment.   If you are not having any of these symptoms, you should keep your appointment. 1Tawfik F. Hawwa, M.D., FACOG


Dr. Hawwa has been with Partners in OB/GYN since 1985. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Dr. Hawwa is a medical graduate of the American University of Beirut. He completed his residency in OB/GYN at West Virginia University. He is currently an associate clinical professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Brown University School of Medicine and holds hospital privileges at Women & Infants Hospital. Dr. Hawwa is a past member of the Board of Trustees at Women & Infants Hospital where he also served as president of the medical staff in 1998 and 1999. He and his wife, Olga, reside in Providence, Rhode Island and have two children.
